UI Main Menu

I finished the main part of the user interface until it turned out to be the ideal option, but I do not want to spend a lot of time on it. This is not so important and can be left for updating.
Until the end of the week I plan to finish work with the text, there are a lot of it in the game, fix errors, fix animation for bots.

This will look like the level menu in the main menu.
